I have already stated that, in the same area, $520k can buy you a base model with about 470 sq meter lot. A larger lot, such as this one, would cost $20k more, and choosing the extension would cost another $20k~$40k.: Z/ R) w8 l- g# L# I
& r. Z9 a' a1 dI just don't understand why is this one "超值" when it's priced above the builder's existing spec home. However, I do acknowledge that the pricing of this one is not as mad as some of the other Comfree listings.( D0 ^" ^) c0 ~9 _

I would say it's "超值" when it's 10% below the builder's price. , E2 _1 S! m& _3 B
