烤蛋糕
INGREDIENTS:

• 1 1/2 cups sifted flour or all purpose flour (former is better)4 ~7 q+ X! Y7 X* A
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder & F; P# h2 X( P5 h* h
• 4 eggs, well beaten

Beat butter; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Sift together the dry ingredients; add to cream mixture alternately with beaten eggs, beating well after each addition. . [) A t* [ e3 z2 H$ b
Turn into greased and floured 8-inch tube pan or 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
" R3 Z. C8 f# x6 tBake in a preheated 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan then turn out onto a cake rack. Cool and glaze or frost as desired. Store tightly covered.

beating,要用mixer, 一般的$10左右的hand mixer 就可以。烤蛋糕,面包,或做土豆泥等都用得上。* N/ y- L4 S7 o1 P9 }* y; w1 v. k
