Just to share something with someone who is investing in the housing market.

and loan interest (3 years prime-0.85) total $1100/month. Not too bad.
9 I# `. Z( k8 @. r, |4 WAlso bought a new luxury apartment in China last month with $150,000.
* g0 |( E4 V0 yThat unit worths $160,000 this month.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
I am not regreted so far even though I cannot catch the $1= 8.10 RMB prime.
