Just to share something with someone who is investing in the housing market.
Bought another condo and rent it with $1300/month. Condo fee
& S& \: {, n! ^# Xand loan interest (3 years prime-0.85) total $1100/month. Not too bad.
Also bought a new luxury apartment in China last month with $150,000.
# i) @$ u1 F- {6 j  `8 c; j8 r* OThat unit worths $160,000 this month.
Don't talk too much, just do it.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
% ~7 V" x( g" y% f3 xI am not regreted so far even though I cannot catch the $1= 8.10 RMB prime.
