Just to share something with someone who is investing in the housing market.
2 z0 r. I9 S1 M( L' uBought another condo and rent it with $1300/month. Condo fee
and loan interest (3 years prime-0.85) total $1100/month. Not too bad.
Also bought a new luxury apartment in China last month with $150,000.
2 M' A8 F# r6 a4 R: }* p2 U4 KThat unit worths $160,000 this month.
0 \6 c4 P2 e/ F" J4 c  G- y* KDon't talk too much, just do it.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
I am not regreted so far even though I cannot catch the $1= 8.10 RMB prime.
Well, it is still the highest ever for my currency exchange history.
