) q# v) c/ Q* @4 pPosition Overview: Under minimal supervision, work as a technologist in a startup biotech company (http://www.atgcell.com) in Edmonton. Responsible for the execution of experiments in a laboratory using well-established techniques. Other duties include routine lab maintenance and assist with ordering.

4 e! {! I2 L; P' s% GSkills and Abilities Required
( E3 W, o& O; iExtensive experience in mammalian cell culture is required, in particular high-throughput or large-scale environment.

Practical knowledge of common molecular biology techniques is desirable, particularly in PCR, plasmid construction, DNA sequence analysis and western blotting.

+ b5 `+ d0 v0 ?  x) f: a! C! ~Have good record keeping habits and abilities, suitable to maintain accurate and complete records.
- J9 e2 `2 [+ i% R3 P; U& F
/ M4 A# c0 h" U3 CAbility to precisely follow written and verbal directions.

Previous industrial working experience is a great asset.
