Position Overview: Under minimal supervision, work as a technologist in a startup biotech company (http://www.atgcell.com) in Edmonton. Responsible for the execution of experiments in a laboratory using well-established techniques. Other duties include routine lab maintenance and assist with ordering. ?. X0 u N; v8 ]% i

Extensive experience in mammalian cell culture is required, in particular high-throughput or large-scale environment.

Practical knowledge of common molecular biology techniques is desirable, particularly in PCR, plasmid construction, DNA sequence analysis and western blotting. ' r; |) f# k6 ~, \
3 g, c& T3 Y! h& n FHave good record keeping habits and abilities, suitable to maintain accurate and complete records.

Minimum Qualifications
