Responsibilities to include:

·         Coordinate, source, price and purchase all aspects of supply chain daily; materials, equipment parts, service subcontractors, consumables, small tools, job specific rentals and equipment, within service level definitions and in accordance with Company prescribed Policies, Procedures and Process Flows

0 }3 y& _2 e( R0 Q" S+ T·         Prepare all aspects of procurement processes including negotiated terms and conditions, insurance and bonding requirements
$ N) Y; x5 a1 a! o+ h. ~7 R$ O
·         Assist with evaluation of engineering documentation (drawings and specifications) for preparation of required MTO’s and BOM’s,

·         Evaluate vendor RFQ submissions, considering budgeting targets, project schedules, quality assurance requirements and health and safety requirements.

  o! |$ o$ C  [" P) |4 w' u$ aQualification Requirements

·         Minimum 5 years experience related to requisitioning/purchasing

·         Industrial construction and/or drawing/engineering experience

/ G. M) @: [8 c% v* ~·         Computer proficiency including MS Office, MRP and other purchasing software
/ c4 h8 u3 B3 p% X, [
·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·         Purchasing Management Association of Canada (PMAC) and working towards a Certified Professional Purchaser (CPP) accreditation would be beneficial

; K3 E: X4 n3 W·         Previous Oil & Gas, Construction, Mining and Pipeline Industry experience preferred
