BS of Computer engineer. Some embedded software (firmware, BSP etc) experiences.8 years change 6 companies. last 2 years as contractor.

Interview 1: by manager and technical leader
- F' p) I8 M+ ^& S8 K-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.9 ^: Q+ t/ v$ g! P
-Other questions:
1 g- W& s6 e6 f. a* M; X; q" F- NManager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).9 x4 B3 |' Q9 W2 Z# G
0 b9 ]) g: m' ^2 N: W# ]1 ?0 O
Finally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.

After the interview, I did not get any feedback.

5 u2 U. b# w Q* |# k. aOne week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.; G4 \8 m0 r1 Z V4 h& T$ h* N

HR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.

: I- o s' I5 MHR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).

6 v; r3 ~, g8 W& N# UHR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.- }5 f1 i `/ U( o, W. y
6 ?' i# N% k$ Q8 T' @7 p2 DOne hour later, I got a reject email!1 E, A j1 S+ Y3 e0 |+ N
