-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.. J$ n2 x+ [+ P) ]
-Other questions:
3 Y3 Q- s+ l& `" e) RManager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).6 n/ s* @$ F" M: ? {4 V4 Q' a

Finally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.

$ \4 B' k4 Z! i7 kThe manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me., R7 t$ O8 R. ^# _8 n+ _$ |9 q0 A( Y$ g
3 f& E+ n' C! q) D/ e: p2 @6 D: oOne week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.' j4 `, o- P* K8 n, C# ~
( T* J8 b- W. x4 ^HR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.

HR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).7 T3 E& T: g( H7 i! x" @

HR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.) B; }/ u0 G9 X& A

One hour later, I got a reject email!

7 L3 z% o# S% _/ IPS: There were many language errors in the original posting. I corrected directly for the most part but the conversational part was corrected in ().By the way, I don't think he failed the interviews because of his language problem.
