-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.

Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).. d* s# ~+ L+ u9 {% u; N+ f' b
8 y3 ~+ i0 y, Y! }, U2 ^0 Y# tFinally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.) M$ x/ |" g" j# y$ U7 u

The manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.2 D$ ~: M( n, ~8 r9 D

One week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.

* p( J1 p" l( D* a4 rHR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.

HR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).

( [; ~; U$ E( j2 n0 `; n0 ^1 o8 ?HR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.0 {0 d4 F( R4 s' l! {; M

One hour later, I got a reject email!0 m& o4 x" J/ i4 Q: Y

j- m4 E: Q, O* [9 |* n; `, GPS: There were many language errors in the original posting. I corrected directly for the most part but the conversational part was corrected in ().By the way, I don't think he failed the interviews because of his language problem.
