Skills and Competencies:
# H4 ?% o* a! s& Y/ `•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
- i9 J0 h3 a6 }! H# I4 o•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
7 V* q; s9 E0 E8 |•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.

•        The ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
•        Ability to work in a process driven environment.

' h8 {' d, P2 w+ d' e: o•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
•        Manage personal backlog of projects
