•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.

•        The ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

! Y+ b2 H0 [% F- t' h$ e$ L•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
3 p2 `3 F6 v# t, N4 W•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
1 B$ |! h# Z9 ^•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
•        Manage personal backlog of projects
