& Y3 z0 m/ V, R•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
+ w  E' b3 L" b3 q" [; }. n$ P2 P•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
  V' a! Q# Y# o8 I% m( q" n•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
. V- i5 R% u' u. m6 \  w•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.
  S6 ?$ X5 B9 G8 m/ C) }- p•        Strong interpersonal skills.
•        The ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
7 w1 X/ l- r. t8 T; Z: q•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
•        Manage personal backlog of projects
•        There are opportunities for travel to various job sites throughout the Americas
