Skills and Competencies:
2 a6 f& }5 E/ O" m•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
0 ]% ?& i7 D$ T+ P% x( t* O% H•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.

3 Y% G' R& A: Q6 x+ Q! W: S% k5 e•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.
•        Strong interpersonal skills.

•        Ability to work in a process driven environment.

7 ?& u' S9 _5 nResponsibilities:
•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
+ ~) r$ X$ z! h2 f1 l- }- e•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
•        Manage personal backlog of projects
•        There are opportunities for travel to various job sites throughout the Americas
