then, flip over to cook the other side for another 3 minutes. without the lid on.) V+ B" D/ d" Z. d7 J. r) Y% i( G& H
then, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done.0 u* g2 D4 J$ |8 J6 l+ s2 m! E
If you like it a bit spicy, you can shake some black pepper over it at the begining of the cooking.
