place the steak into the pan, to hear the sizzling for about 3 minutes. without the lid on. by this time, this side should turn dark brown.
) u# r( L# c Lthen, flip over to cook the other side for another 3 minutes. without the lid on.
* j+ y& f+ Y3 o, i3 [" D8 B: pthen, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done.5 i+ H, X! `5 o& k Y
