shake some salt over the steak on both sides.

place the steak into the pan, to hear the sizzling for about 3 minutes. without the lid on. by this time, this side should turn dark brown. 6 `: l8 I! r% P+ |/ s. s% M0 h- O
then, flip over to cook the other side for another 3 minutes. without the lid on.
. ], b( X2 m; m' ~6 E& h1 T9 uthen, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done.
