place the steak into the pan, to hear the sizzling for about 3 minutes. without the lid on. by this time, this side should turn dark brown. : f2 w% f' d2 U& T" H; ^* `7 Y
then, flip over to cook the other side for another 3 minutes. without the lid on.& _9 E M8 T3 |. v
then, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done.1 @' o$ Z2 }. m, h" M. }9 }
If you like it a bit spicy, you can shake some black pepper over it at the begining of the cooking.
