a friend bought a house last year at 410,000, size is 1540 something.
1. put down 31000 for down payment.
! ?* r* L8 T, w! C, h2. Market price for the house now is 380,000 or even 360,000 in some other area.

what are you going to do if this is you.
a. cancel the order and lose 31000?
/ h. {* ~, q$ W, P0 r1 ?b. continue to build the houes?

现在只能咬牙挺啦，应该还一部分利息了吧。否则破产，更难受。年底损失实在大的话，再决定

真是有钱人啊。下定金的时候怕是买不到房子吧。既然买了就要挺住。
