时间:上午9点至12点理论培训,下午1点至4点实习。 }" J+ v0 d& _9 Y) e

This is a clinic conducted by Badminton Alberta to train people as badminton officials. People who play badminton at a recreational, club, or higher level are ideal candidates for+ b/ _: @3 y+ ~+ \- e; a: ]. }
becoming badminton officials. The clinic consists of two parts. The first part consists of classroom training. This is followed by on-court practice during which trainees will have a chance to put their classroom learning to on-court practice. Trainees will also observe how certified badminton officials officiate matches and learn from them.) L( }' U# G5 k3 D# t9 F/ y
6 f8 L8 j! v7 j0 w5 G B7 VTrainees who completed the theory and on-court practice at the training clinic can decide when they are ready to attempt a closed book exam conducted by the Badminton Officials9 T8 f' ~8 n5 C+ E5 X) s8 V
of Alberta Association. Upon passing the exam, the trainee is eligible to be certified as a badminton official at the regional level and will be given opportunities to work with different, _$ A0 i) b3 |* p+ r* ]' {- ^; N- N
certified badminton officials to practice their officiating skills over a period of time at different badminton events.2 } i+ w, v. z
