- answer multi-line phone calls professionally, politely and directing the calls correctly.2 U' k! f$ V( M3 C2 @
- assist with providing counter services and act as relieve to the other Immigrant Services Worker
& {' o2 J8 u, a2 s! K- reports to the program manager and provides clerical support to all members of the ISP team

3 f* I0 C3 U9 Z1 Y. }* J- workshops, seminars, activities that give Chinese population access to mainstream services' Y$ E& ^) a' \8 k! y
- fulfill needs that are not met in Chinese community in terms of social services( S1 {: L0 C+ S9 Z
- develop good working relationships with mainstream and ethnic agencies
% g' h9 x, h1 V. z0 x1 @# G- coordinate good will activities and send out quarterly newsletter to members
( |9 G9 L o% F+ g% ^* ~- update ASSIST website) D& Q/ E: y5 }& @; c/ k3 J N" e
- demonstrate team spirit in achieving vision and objectives of Centre7 l0 ~: _1 h% F1 b
- participate in external committees/conferences/workshops related to immigrant services

- write quarterly and final reports for ISP

- update membership database

& R+ R' h! ?& H- degree/diploma in social/human sciences with 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent of experience and education 1 F4 k7 `" @3 t6 `" {! s: p' H
- good oral and written Chinese and English skills' H. `+ Z( W, e* h( A8 X
- experience in community work and immigrant services
