1 O+ h) E/ w+ }3 [1 i) ^The CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).

Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

) N# h: I6 N& T9 C4 q5 X$ x0 y% o8 p= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)

  \% `: B  f( F: {+ G: G- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.

2 Y) f8 h, T3 e1 P% H3 U- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
- e. D9 }8 a( M  @5 Z- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
- Bus Parking
- The return Boat fare to Victoria
- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
