The CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).

% K( Y: v9 j% f/ R" K* E- t! M: ?Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

2 w) R. p$ f& A  J: p5 }Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
- i" L7 r: R- k5 m; T- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

" f" B; s' U% ~/ [. F* F- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
- Bus Parking

- `6 L' ^( ^+ b9 n) V+ r/ e- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
