The CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).
6 days and 5 nights

Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

; W: V& Y8 k0 \" F. gPrice = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

8 v! x$ d; ?% X2 q: n$ G6 M= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
2 d; T7 v$ [8 O+ H; a' F' w- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights


) J, n& Y! T2 ]. A8 s$ }; R- i! c( {- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
7 H: T; G+ Z. {0 a- Bus Parking
- The return Boat fare to Victoria
) d. m% p+ D8 O$ z8 N; u- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
