The CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).
& }5 Q: ?/ M7 k+ g! V" B# e  ^6 days and 5 nights

Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

8 z! D$ B5 }7 c. U& v= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)

, b# a5 y8 }8 E! C- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
. m( T* p7 ]' T/ V+ ]- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights


+ C+ }. A, p- ^* W- A1 Y  A- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)

- The return Boat fare to Victoria
  L6 w8 U+ G" w1 {# @3 ~% w$ ?- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
