' E! I9 z- S' D7 Y5 @/ hThe CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).
6 days and 5 nights

; e' l- H: [4 j+ m9 }Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

2 w) j/ J. q5 Q= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
) v* h& U9 l3 N! g: tThis price includes:
- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights
1 }, S8 c8 J  ^& g8 h: y' _" E

# S3 K/ r+ i) I  H+ A6 d- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
% P6 H6 y) C1 r# u" R- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
- Bus Parking
- The return Boat fare to Victoria
- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

3 Y- E+ }0 E$ {/ gAnd in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
