0 G' b( p' Z* OThe CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).

% z2 K' u' v: e! B# C! kHere is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

8 z" C# I8 L4 a, J$ w/ }Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

) _4 x" H' o/ }; \0 Q/ D= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
% ?6 u& z7 V+ K6 @7 C+ w# R4 |- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
6 J  _4 L% x$ r& F- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights


- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
- Bus Parking
- The return Boat fare to Victoria
- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

+ H* x+ i1 I& [$ I( fAnd in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
