Hi, I donate to Chinese Red Cross. Because I heard that If we donate to Canada Red cross, we can get the receipt for tax deduction, but it's very slow, and they will deduct 20% - 30% for their management. So I choose Chinese Red Cross.

在网上捐款可以即时受到official receipt，但不知道与捐到捐款箱有何不同？政府是不是match？

, G) ]5 y$ v6 a8 K只是你的数据有些错误。他们没有收那么大比例的手续费。在另外一个帖子里，ELLE 已经解释过了。
- ^& A5 T3 r% y0 g$ K( F; c1 @但重要的是，如果通过加拿大红十字会捐款，政府按1:1配齐，Wild Rose可能有一部分配备金，另外，省政府也有可能加配。

至于到灾民手中的快慢并不重要。红十字会的人解释说，有了灾难，他们的国际救援基金立刻启动。个人和企业捐款再续。我个人认为，救援需要钱，但重建更需要。那么多人失去住所，家园，工作地方，学校，这些都更需要钱。只要我们的捐款最后到了那里就行。
