  _* i8 ]- G/ g2 CProvides technical support in the division for computer hardware and software.
& k  C) s6 t5 M  Y/ [) q3 q+ JTroubleshoots network problems. Installs and maintains PC hardware and software- n4 q' J9 l& v7 L: c; d/ F) i

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES in order of importance. Other duties may

• Installs computer hardware, software, peripherals, printers, and fax machines
! ~+ ^; g2 H  `! H' Z& Y- Ifor the division staff.3 r7 T- H: [2 \* g( [
• Provides help desk support services for the division.
5 c, r' |& p; U0 T2 ^• Serves as Microsoft Office application support by assisting internal users in
- `3 O$ N* a# C/ W7 R* ]( vthe use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.8 S6 L" o( M9 R1 @% [" Y
• Manages the desktop and asset management lifecycle process to replace and
  T7 l% v1 x3 Binstall PCs.. M) s# c+ h' e( q4 C
• Performs administration and maintenance of local site servers.
  Z* O0 Q7 z! G+ a' s( P6 D/ _• Acts as a point of contact and reports warehouse system issues.
/ j9 B3 l$ ]2 [% C% }: h5 @" F• Assists in implementation and maintenance of warehouse systems, as necessary.3 s  s" b. \8 R! B( g$ |( j1 _
• Supports and performs tasks related to company IS policies and procedures.
3 a1 f, _; ^$ G• Troubleshoots hardware and software problems, provides software diagnostics
8 R& I$ @5 k/ P! ?$ H! Rand assists the users in resolving the problem.
+ d$ G( B+ E  c3 j- c) N• Performs LAN tasks as directed by National IT staff. Tasks may include
% Q+ _; H4 C, R: Z0 H3 ^1 Sinstallation of hardware, maintenance of patch cables to standards, and assists# k  y+ d" L0 v, _# S, W1 `* h/ X
with component failures.
1 Q* `) T+ p6 P2 B; L- z0 B- p4 Y2 q' L• Performs basic administration of local phone/PBX systems to ensure the5 _/ f1 q9 O8 m
division is operational. If division is on IP Telephony, works with headquarters
: R: R/ ^( o* U1 w+ ZVoice/Data Team to support telecommunication solutions.
! f3 [6 t0 d0 @7 x: E; ]9 c5 y8 v• Maintains hardware and software inventories using company Asset Management
  _& x7 Y+ l- Usoftware tools.% {- F3 N6 C  \9 p. }; u1 z) O
• Maintains standard naming conventions.
8 O3 `" N5 t2 G5 j• Coordinates with division management to engage contractors for break/fixes of
7 p) m# p' o5 _% ~3 Dsoftware/hardware and computers, as necessary.6 y1 M" P. f0 R6 p+ d
• Provides backup support to other IT professionals.

• Technical certification, with a minimum of two (2) years technical support

Voice/Data, Warehouse Systems, and general knowledge of personal computer

3 q; O/ E2 n0 J. }• Knowledge of laser printers, multi-functional copier/printer/fax devices, and
