# f- x, F8 N7 DContext: Operation Friendship is an inner city agency providing social services to people 55 plus. OFSS operate McCauley Seniors Drop In Centre, provide outreach & referral services, transportation, a housing registry and manage 158 units of housing.

(1) Community Relations Supervisor / Full-Time
2 f* ^) s. A) X6 E: xHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 p.m.

/ j( b9 n7 d8 f, `' gDuties: Supervise and administer a volunteer management program (currently over 800 volunteers); provide community presentations/tours; raise agency profile in community; responsible for agency publicity (newsletters/web page); assist with fund raising & donation drives. Skills Required: Experience in volunteer management & publicity; excellent verbal/written communication skills; own vehicle.

" Y2 l6 u! v% u, k(2) Outreach Worker / Full-Time
4 D, D$ L/ A# t& WHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 pm

Duties: Provide social work services to tenants of the agency; Assess, monitor, advocate, refer to community resources. Skills Required: Registration as a Social worker; experience with the elderly & inner city an asset; own vehicle.

(3) Drop-In Supervisor / Full-Time
+ p0 W  @+ d. I1 W$ I- j% eWhere: McCauley Senior's Drop-In Centre
Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and 10:30 am-6:30 pm

. o& R1 Y, g. @% dDuties: Assist in coordinating the day to day operations of the Drop In; Provide recreational programming; Supervise senior volunteers. Skills Required: Relevant experience; Experience with the elderly and inner city an asset.
