ABILITY Career & Employment Services seeks a team leader for our career consulting firm.  This position is usually based in Edmonton although other locations will be considered. Responsibilities

Manage contracts
Ensure quality service delivery

Competencies and Qualifications

Exceptional interpersonal skills
3 j- ~: |' v6 O; [, T  k1 Y, YDemonstrated skill as a writer and communicator
; _, Y4 B. Z8 c6 Y# iExpertise in at least two of the following areas: career development, vocational training, self-employment training, labour market research
7 S4 _4 A' }1 @Graduate degree and related experience in a career setting
