Capable of using word/ excell to make & modify documents/ specifications. Capable of analyzing existing plans, field sketchs, documents and photographs to produce base and final plans. Under supervision capable of performing code reviews and producing development drawings. ! K; P" X$ |' z; M/ P3 x
