Our life is perfect!

My seven-year old son Nathan suddenly asked me a question the other day, "Mom, why are you working so hard?"

/ A0 W- G4 x4 P+ QI answered immediately without thinking, "Because I want us to have a better life."

Nathan said, "But our life is already perfect."

Nathan's remark made me thinking, "If only I could look at the world as how the kids do, I would be much happier."

But why cannot I?

Good point.

Although adults take lots of responsibilities which might be burdens of their lives, the perpective of the child is still informing.
