5 b5 z9 O+ M6 F% c) k& Vo Writing final reports and assisting in grant proposals for future youth program0 a7 i) }3 V+ w1 L8 g9 q
o Supervising and recruiting volunteers for youth program7 T% K9 n+ d; g I' j2 g5 z
o Coordinate, develop, and manage a summer youth program- ~ r3 Z. x2 [; \( }; G# B& F& p4 t
o Liaison and working with community and community services providers to further develop youth and girls/women program0 e) d8 p7 o- }, i* c9 P& U
o Train in areas of management, organization and fundraising
9 C& Q& Y. I& a3 q% ^# ?o Accountable for evaluation of all activities based on logic model; A4 C' _# Y# r; g1 m2 z
o Demonstrate team spirit in achieving visions and objectives of the Centre* Z. |" L' l) x2 v
o Participate in external committees, conferences and workshops for youth related issues

Qualifications/ b' J0 s0 s( y* U3 I
o Degree/diploma in Social Work, Sociology, Community Services, Human Services or any other post secondary education with related work experience
8 Z+ q+ a3 x$ G1 I9 u, {& So Good oral and written English, second Asian language an asset
7 M- n% ?7 V8 E& T5 to Experience in community work, supervising and managing youths, volunteers, immigrant related issues, experience or knowledge of crime prevention issues an asset3 c P Q' I, }9 l
o Leadership skills, well organized, able to multi-task, good social skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
