Responsibilities3 B0 @ B" T% {! E! o
o Accountable for Towards A New Generation (T.A.N.G.) youth program% r* Y' v# o% s- \; G4 C- n
o Writing final reports and assisting in grant proposals for future youth program# S' Q4 K3 E4 D% k; q p- ^5 t, A) ^/ Z
o Supervising and recruiting volunteers for youth program# v8 f5 N: k0 J$ L- r% a; k/ z
o Coordinate, develop, and manage a summer youth program0 K& }; v/ [7 ^2 I% ~! a, |- C
o Liaison and working with community and community services providers to further develop youth and girls/women program" x6 U L# {( @, N
o Train in areas of management, organization and fundraising
5 E1 _9 W+ f. go Accountable for evaluation of all activities based on logic model4 y+ G3 J/ h" D I; m' u
o Demonstrate team spirit in achieving visions and objectives of the Centre# Z' P1 l& V. y/ ]0 V
o Participate in external committees, conferences and workshops for youth related issues

o Degree/diploma in Social Work, Sociology, Community Services, Human Services or any other post secondary education with related work experience, T* s6 p' m; d
o Good oral and written English, second Asian language an asset
$ y R* X2 y' y( H2 l! vo Experience in community work, supervising and managing youths, volunteers, immigrant related issues, experience or knowledge of crime prevention issues an asset1 i! D! F- Z" ]1 u
o Leadership skills, well organized, able to multi-task, good social skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; `6 ~5 Z% G# u8 [2 k
o Willingness to learn
