本科，向NAIT递交了申请，想转些学分。请问：转学分，对申请人的毕业年限有没有要求？

0 d# o5 H& g) h. n, D2 V0 f我申请了NAIT的Electrical Engineering Technology program， Fall 2005.

因为我本人在国内就是学electrical Engineering，本科。
5 X; v" K6 c: s有些基础和专业课程原来大学是学过的，所以考虑想申请转一些学分，早点毕业。

) ~; x1 h3 }8 q/ E" E9 I请问NAIT转学分有没有毕业年限的要求？

我大学毕业已经有13年了，还能转学分吗？
