本科，向NAIT递交了申请，想转些学分。请问：转学分，对申请人的毕业年限有没有要求？

0 A  h/ q, v* M% m# H1 k: ?2 W我申请了NAIT的Electrical Engineering Technology program， Fall 2005.
3 j6 z' l4 o, I3 g- V6 K' `* b" N" B
$ |7 j) Z6 |. x9 d因为我本人在国内就是学electrical Engineering，本科。
有些基础和专业课程原来大学是学过的，所以考虑想申请转一些学分，早点毕业。

请问NAIT转学分有没有毕业年限的要求？

我大学毕业已经有13年了，还能转学分吗？
