Police rushed to 107 Avenue and 108 Street on reports shots had been fired about 4:18 a.m. 0 L6 V3 a& r7 I7 f4 H; A |7 _) V6 @. ^ 1 `9 X8 o! }) _" \- ?A man was found on the ground in a parking lot with a gunshot wound to his upper body. $ v) F/ P. ] Q q4 m$ l) F8 p
