7 A0 W9 ~& c$ xAccounting and Admin:# n) ?: p0 ^$ ^. d3 A
o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
9 ?' g% o' }0 M& ~. mo Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.9 I3 k$ V5 h6 v$ E8 [
o Receive P.O.s in Glovia.
" C: z( S, C4 \$ U) uo Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.6 w, v! a, D ]" B
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.
/ v( u0 e$ M! P; U& A! yo Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.
, X B5 T9 |7 }- L0 Bo Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.
9 X/ l/ B h! a# so Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.2 J( e$ k+ }$ V, p
o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.' S1 {6 |6 L- Z6 F& W
Operational:
5 ^3 \1 p$ s; g" u8 so Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.% { N$ f: n k& K; m3 w
o Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
, J) B. W8 R2 Q* d0 Qo Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.
5 M) c- e: {1 Z6 }% yo Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.! X4 C/ ^" h' L. i3 z
Clerical:9 [% M2 G& V( J/ P( V, ~9 I0 |
o Telephone and reception.5 }2 g9 {0 C, \, ^% K4 i( V* d
o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.- Z( q# b" A# ?6 i' y
o Hotel and travel bookings.# q7 K' J% i, P X
o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary. y6 O- M+ v1 X6 u
o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required., m4 {, z' L2 A) A0 I9 W
o General office filing.* `! @! X/ Q" Y' @8 l
o Filing and archiving of closed work order files.

• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and written.
