Major Responsibilities:

General administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.9 {8 r' I/ ~+ X e0 V0 l
3 m* |5 r: T$ ?" x' i+ Z$ L* \/ _
Accounting and Admin:
3 ?2 F1 B5 o/ F8 P" ~4 ho Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
5 `+ i/ o# [ n9 L& Vo Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.: [4 d7 z3 G* \& d* x
o Receive P.O.s in Glovia.
' C) M3 ^% h7 I# U3 co Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.
! z7 h& P; ]$ Q% `- `o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.4 R1 z; `6 j L; L( d- M3 [
o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.
3 w9 S: A: ]& k# m) ^ A( X9 r6 ^o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.% j+ w$ X h7 ~, j* s+ ?+ x( Z
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization., p! h+ p3 q& E; ?/ R
o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.
& h8 k( k) |3 f1 JOperational:% d5 V9 ~# U# {& k/ w% x) N
o Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.$ B$ l$ ^* K6 j4 h" p
o Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).! z+ L$ V% Y: c: F9 p5 U. P
o Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer., I1 L* t) T" u' m
o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.; X! P, ^( w& w! ?

o Telephone and reception.. e. ^! {4 v: Y' K$ Q
o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.
! M( s7 U+ E8 ?$ po Hotel and travel bookings.2 R( [7 i/ @: k) v w+ p2 _5 A0 @: q; ^
o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.' n) e( ?. j; u* `
o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.) G% o6 |. m1 g2 `9 h+ f
o General office filing.

• Experienced in MS Office software, general office equipment.
