Purpose: to support & educate each other so group members can build healthier self-image. Focus on self-care and action planning to address the present or past abuse. Sessions facilitated by professional social workers.3 u+ Y# N2 `% p, h6 k/ D; o# S

Schedule: Thursday evenings starting October 30, 2008 for eight consecutive weeks from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Location: To be announced. Northeast Edmonton. Cost: Free of charge.
