We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.  

+ N0 T: c; j+ zDuties:
4 I' }4 t/ H3 j9 t- D3 H; f•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
! D% g) K5 c9 L1 |" Y. S1 g, |•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
. ?7 m6 h3 q) Z$ e. y) G* N$ U•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

$ S1 O# B* E$ w3 ARequirements:
  p! G; Z2 Q$ Y/ h6 P  e•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
•        Degree in the area of human services;
•        Able to travel extensively ;

) J. ]/ a* o1 I+ r9 v+ {9 l•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
7 ^5 U4 ]; Y# g' O•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
+ M6 V9 u/ E2 ^1 h4 R& J( T0 l•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
