We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.  

Duties:
% Z+ e/ b* U* ]/ p. {- ^6 K% `•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
% C: m/ {" X8 M& q' [  j! J•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
' X- ]* V  t5 O) z) A•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

2 ?( b& ~  t+ T! k4 x& V•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
•        Degree in the area of human services;
% D) ]# f- E2 X0 }! M) ?: e•        Able to travel extensively ;

+ o" e! \- y( C. K, I•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
% i% B) t& q& h# d2 \4 L•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
