+ i  n7 f, L3 @6 p2 N4 b We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.

7 T3 s9 J5 S, M3 H1 V9 a2 J3 B* gDuties:
, L! E; K# Q/ M% d8 H•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

Requirements:
4 X6 v: n$ o" Q, t  ~3 L  [1 M' E•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
, i, j( ~5 T9 n. D•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
- |7 T! j; b. r$ ]•        Degree in the area of human services;
' P( t3 e  i( F1 e- U/ C•        Able to travel extensively ;
•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
