We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.  

( I. U; s4 X9 I% F! KDuties:
•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
" l/ U; A, a0 o8 j•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
! A) h7 ?5 g. F6 ?3 i4 ^. i•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

Requirements:
•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
" ?  O2 G& l) @, y5 a, \•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
•        Degree in the area of human services;
•        Able to travel extensively ;
•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
1 V) n( ~$ h; U0 d: p•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
