Position Description: the Festive Coordinator organizes all the incoming donations around the Christmas season & coordinates the distribution of it to all our programs, community members and neighboring agencies. 7 b3 j7 Q8 x, w% r' g- S
& u" |2 T1 }. L) r# D8 n( V3 c. NYour experience is: organizing projects/teams; experience supervising & leading volunteers; familiarity with issues of poverty and the urban core; experience working in a busy environment. - F1 d0 a( O( Q! C+ U" N
7 o4 Y5 J2 E, i' _. h" mYour skills & abilities: good communications skills; able to receive and give clear instructions; great organizational skills; able to handle multiple tasks at one time; good team leader/motivator; able to lift & move boxes up to 50 lbs.
