A" U7 T' U6 J; U" L' C7 Q/ BPosition Abstract: reporting to the Executive Director, of Make A Wish Northern Alberta and working in close co-operation with our dedicated team, you will be actively involved in building and maintaining community support and relationships that enable Make A Wish to fulfill our important mission throughout Northern Alberta.

2 }# P7 V4 \/ F$ gKey responsibilities: leading the wish granting process from start to completion while working cooperatively with all parties. You will train our volunteer wish grantors on the carrying out wishes, recommend and assist in developing policies & procedures with regards to wish granting, and prepare/maintain all required documentation on each wish. In addition as a key member of the Make A Wish team you will participate in team meetings and events as required. 9 I) J. }6 [9 u* L Y7 b1 t* u

As the ideal candidate, you will: have a minimum of 2-3 years of responsible administrative experience in a role requiring superior organizational and coordination skills; have demonstrated excellent interpersonal, communications & multi tasking skills and will have worked effectively in a team setting.

! J8 `; a2 O5 Q) x" wYour past work history will demonstrate your creative side and ability to meet unique client needs. Consideration will also be given to candidates with a related diploma/certificate in public relations, communications or marketing combined with some related experience. Experience in public speaking will be considered an asset. Finally, you will possess intermediate to advanced computer skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. ) G# k2 u3 ~$ K( T" Z' V/ l# A
