Car maintenance questions

I have a sell inspection at a dealership today. The guy suggested me to do the followings:
  B& f. k, d6 i/ m" ]
1. Transmission flush 219.95
" X0 L" l2 T% x! m/ H4 `2. Power steering flush         99.95        
3. Brake flush         99.95
4. Coolant flush 139.95
5. Major Emission service        174.95
6. Replace front and rear differential fluid        168.88
2 ], B8 q7 G" r" g; K
& J+ ]$ t5 L4 J1 CDo I really need to do all those? Are those prices sound reasonable?

做Major Emission service  ，其他的可以再说，价钱中等

Transmission flush ，如果你变速箱油不黑的话，就不用做；Power steering flush同样，油不黑，没有异味就不用做；Brake flush  要在检测出brake fluid沸点过低，或者3年以上没有检修过刹车系统的情况下才做；Major Emission service 每年做一次；differential fluid 不黑，没有大量金属屑的话，不用换

对啊，呵呵，这些我都做，不做的话，将来还车时候要有问题啊。
