Car maintenance questions

I have a sell inspection at a dealership today. The guy suggested me to do the followings:
* t8 J( n5 q1 ^$ w9 l6 f5 B6 T2 x( m3 q
: r0 t  p; B3 b' y1. Transmission flush 219.95
/ N( P1 |. k2 g3 B- U2. Power steering flush         99.95        
) y2 W: f: Y/ P) G3. Brake flush         99.95
4. Coolant flush 139.95
5. Major Emission service        174.95
5 u9 d% F1 T4 q3 n6 r: Q6. Replace front and rear differential fluid        168.88

$ v" f/ q. C; G) _1 CDo I really need to do all those? Are those prices sound reasonable?

做Major Emission service  ，其他的可以再说，价钱中等

Transmission flush ，如果你变速箱油不黑的话，就不用做；Power steering flush同样，油不黑，没有异味就不用做；Brake flush  要在检测出brake fluid沸点过低，或者3年以上没有检修过刹车系统的情况下才做；Major Emission service 每年做一次；differential fluid 不黑，没有大量金属屑的话，不用换
