最近一段时间，因为体育馆场地负责人黄先生回国，体育馆活动出现了令人难堪的

+ U: g. X" W0 d7 f育馆，并要求活动到十点半；二，对管理人员不尊重，说脏话；三，有些人员出了4 X& O( w. Y1 t) T
体育馆活动区进入学校其它区域。

我们针对校方提出的问题，提出几点明确要求：晚九点十五分停止所有场内活动，+ p8 y/ f; f b3 B* F" ]0 D5 H
九点三十分全部人员离开体育馆，不准遗留垃圾和杂物；对管理人员完全尊重，并

线(离体育馆最近的东门或北门)。休息期间绝对不要在校内到处闲逛。还有一点很5 g- C" C _3 h! @( t3 H3 _
重要：我们活动的所有人员对任何不遵守活动的行为都有权劝说，警告和制止。因. [8 [9 F- M, ], x' D C" u. }
为这关系到每个活动人员的切身利益和荣誉！

2. In the short time your group has been using the gym, several group members

etc.). I would greatly appreciate if you spoke to your group and ensure1 \# D+ E: X! @" I, _' V+ w& L
this does not happen again. No staff member has to put up with this kind; e" Y h8 c1 X

3. It is IMPERATIVE that you emphasize to your group members that they are7 b a) b; V. J8 ~( i7 I' r
NOT to be wandering around this building. They are trespassing in areas0 b2 K) f' _/ s) q" |" b& h
that are not related to the gym booking at all. Although we are making every& l/ {* @0 H, g, t5 e
endeavour to get the passageway doors locked prior to your arrival, the7 q& ]* f* ]2 G) v
work load of the custodial staff sometimes prevents this from happening
5 a& }# m6 y0 q0 F- A8 A. }' @in the correct timeline. Please remind everyone that they are guests in
