We select only the top candidates and those with exceptional skills have the opportunity to advance as store managers and to work in a variety of locations throughout Canada.

Criteria for selection for Cash Managers (Wage $14+):

1) Highly motivated and self-directed learners
2) Able to interact well with staff and work in teams

Criteria for selection for Assistant Front Store Managers (Wage $18+):

1) Highly motivated and self-directed learners
3 u( ?4 h; z( q) _3 S2) Ability to work in a fast pace and to multitask
9 P: N3 R) z7 h# `8 f% T3) Able to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
4) Well-organized & focused
5) Able to assign tasks and lead work groups.
6) Proficiency in computers.
7) Work well with other staff and in teams.
8) Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

EXCEPTIONAL CANDIDATES MAY BE SELECTED TO PURSUE THE SHOPPERS DRUG MART LEAD PROGRAM FOR FRONT STORE MANAGERS AND THE OPPORTUNITY TO WORK IN OTHER LOCATIONS IN EDMONTON.

$ F( S: K8 O. P, GALL CANDIDATES START AS CASHIER/MERCHANDISER AT $10 AN HOUR. WE REVIEW CANDIDATE'S PROGRESS WITHIN 30 DAYS.
