" W8 W* k5 ~; q8 F7 bThat has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal causing physical injury and resulting in a conviction under this bylaw
7 [: t3 a7 d2 S% ~3 G+ s" {That has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal on more than one occasion, with or without causing physical injury, and resulting in separate convictions under this bylaw 0 v% E, ] }+ W; ~
That has been made the subject of an order under the Dangerous Dogs Act $ t5 b: A2 Q# D i$ t) v
Certified by an Alberta licenced veterinarian to be primarily of the breed Staffordshire Bull Terrier as that breed is defined by the Canadian Kennel Club
