What shall "亚省中国电工协会" do ?

"亚省中国电工协会" has established more than one month.  And people including many chinese electricians, non electricians, and sure, most of them so called " Fake Electricians" , are altogether busy arguing from one topic to another. A dumb person like me could not understand who is right, who is not. It seems both sides have enough reasons to support their ideas.

1 R% W7 V8 t" p7 p- J+ c* USo my quesiton to "亚省中国电工协会" are:

Why we need to establish a "亚省中国电工协会" or What is the main goal or objective?
2 _# c# M4 J, Q! X& EShall "亚省中国电工协会" protect the right for "real"  Chinese electricians and re-gain the reputation from the public by supporting the government conducting reference check , or support all Chinses "electricians" from the current crisis against the government....?

* R8 j, ]# j& T! c, u$ O  k# iWho are 亚省中国电工协会 going to protect? Please put this as one of the most important agenda  at the next meeting?
