请教罚单问题

一年半以前，停牌右拐，没有停住三秒，警察从后面追上来，pull over，吃罚单一张，交了。

3 d, x  M3 N4 u前两天上二号高速公路，开到135，警察从后面追上来，pull over，又吃罚单一张，暂时还没有交。

请教：

1。偶是五号初级牌，现在扣点扣成什么样子了？哪里可以查到？

& ?. z/ @5 J+ P  p/ T- X. h( |2。如果交了罚单，是否紧接着就要重新考驾牌？还是要上什么AMA的课程？

you should have total of 6 demerit points on your driver abstract, provided you have no other violations.
to be 100% accurate, you can go to any registry office to obtain your driving record.
once you have over 8 demerit point ,with class 5 GDL, your licence will be suspense.

once your licence is suspensed, no AMA course, nothing can help you to get your licence back but passage of time.
first suspense is 30 days, i believe.
