Responsibilities:      Processing and cryopreservation of Cord Blood Stem Cells
                     Processing and documentation of laboratory data  
                     General laboratory maintenance

                     Maintenance of liquid nitrogen freezers
                     Adherence to laboratory safety standards

                     Good command of spoken and written English

Position           :   Laboratory Assistant Part-Time (6hrs. /day)

Responsibilities:      Preparation of Cord Blood Collection Kits
                     Pick-up and documentation of collected cord blood units

& x) M6 f7 Y9 J6 r                       Maintenance of laboratory equipment

Requirements:     Permanent Resident or Citizen of Canada
' m; t! W9 u7 S                     Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
* t2 q3 J; T, q7 `& A- `6 M                     Good command of written and spoken English
                     Computer literate
                     Prior experience in a medical or scientific laboratory an asset
                     Available for limited weekend duty
Availability   :       Immediate; 6 weeks of specialized training
Salary                :     Commensurate with qualifications and or prior experience Opportunities for
                       advancement within the processing laboratory are available and are dependent on
