如题.那位在9月份递交的,现在都什么情况了?本人的耐心真的要没了.不要怎么折磨人了!

我当初是8月底寄过去，9月底拿的file Number，今年3月初才收到，你的应该也差不多了吧

今天收到了,但是是说顾主不合格,我的案子被终结了,更是郁闷啊!信的原文是:

As your employee candidate will no longer be considered. your application was submitted under the Employer-Driven Stream of the AINP, whereby your Alberta employer must first be approved, to have an occupation filled by a foreign national on a permanent full-time basis, in order for you to be considered an eligible employee candidate. please be advised that we have closed your file in light of these circumstances.

  H6 e% v6 W5 W' d3 v; X' g( xplease note that decisions with respect to the selection of candidates, occupations and employers under the program are at the sole discretion of the Province of Alberta and are final; there is no appeal process.

根据你说的情况，看来你的老板餐馆还不够规模，为什么你申请的是AINP而不是PNP
照你的情况，或者自己申请技术移民，或者换个符合条件的雇主

Alberta government changed the program name from PNP to AINP in June 2008. Still same thing, just different names. :-)

我个人观点， 楼主好像选错了section
* B! h4 E, {. ^7 [: }我记得好像有3个sections， 一个是国际学生，一个是foreign worker, 另一个是学徒，
厨师好像是属于学徒或者另外一个独立的program.
刚才又浏览了一下网站，已经大改版很久了，关于上诉3个选项已经没有了。

不过我记得，07年冬天的时候我看pnp网站的确有厨师的选项。楼主别泄气，再去问清楚吧。

现在是这样,餐厅的所有条件都符合,但就是在检查环境卫生的时候,卫生官在她的报告上写了几条整改建议,然后就这,省里的移民官认为我老板在申报的时候填写材料不真实.所以让我们经过整改后,合格了再申请.但以上的整改建议,都是在可以正常营业的景况下建议的呀!不是什么主要问题.后来经老板和该移民官交涉才得到以上的信息.并且该移民官口头同意把时间缩短到半年.现在还没审到个人,所以楼上同学的回答好象可能性比较小.关键就是在顾主上.我的意思是能不能有机会再交涉,把案子缓和到补充材料.哪怕找律师呢?那位是法律界的专业?给点指点.
