As a Business Analyst, you will analyze business requirements, conduct impact analyses, and perform design, development, support and documentation activities in a dynamic and multi-application environment.  Working under a Team Lead, you will help to develop a long term plan to replace our client's legacy applications.  
) y9 Q; M, B. C6 K- wAs part of this endeavour, you will be responsible for performing the following type of activities: 
! o! X* X1 w% g- V. mConvert business requirements into design specifications and prepare specifications for user sign-off.  
0 H. {6 m& E" Y& `) `Create process and data models to visually represent requirements information.   ! [- t5 S" {- c' o 
Perform system testing with internal and external clients. Provide support during various phases of testing. 0 O& B/ _  o* j; N8 Z 
Assist with the resolution of code deficiencies found during the assembly test and system test phase.  
/ f, a7 P( s/ h0 h( ZSupport, maintain and upgrade application after it moves into production.  
0 y2 |6 v! `- H* mAnalyze current technical and business objectives, plans, processes, information flows, and systems. 7 P2 W  z/ k: q 
Assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of application problems and recommend modifications. 0 J/ M; U; H, ?) p6 u, A7 L: A 
Summarize and present key findings with recommendations for improvement.  
! _/ [% j5 H" [9 d% q( {0 dResponsible for working with Project manager to set and review overall quality of deliverables. 0 [( R$ x: @. e7 M/ I/ U 
 Minimum of 2 years of experience in application development, experience with legacy applications would be an asset6 r8 ]. |0 x: c' B; A 
• A university degree in Computer Science, Commerce (MIS), or similar discipline is preferred, but an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. 
. X0 I. E- `* T& ]) K• Experience with Web Applications, VB.net, C#  and/or .NET technologies an asset. 
+ Y, n9 L% h7 P1 \• Understanding of Object Oriented design principles and the .Net Framework., D: g# L& z. s3 B7 T6 T2 u 
• Exceptional consultation skills are critical, with the ability to convey technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences and contribute within a team environment.
