# j1 E9 Q& z4 k2 T, G9 z- _Responsibilities:
- C' P$ z* T; Q) v, S- Organize focus group(s)
- Organize and facilitate summer children’s program (ages 6 to 10) with focus on physical recreation, fitness, nutrition, sports
- Recruit children for summer program
- Provide orientation for parents
; Q7 s& H/ f9 p) D! |0 k0 r- Find sponsors to enhance program
- Supervise volunteer(s)
; X7 }" U+ x0 h% W- Prepare final report for funding agency

1 Q$ V6 ^8 L$ q+ SQualifications:
; j7 q! B) m* g5 n# E
8 j1 q7 h) O, \( C- post secondary student in Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
; a( _( X6 q0 L5 I0 A  U- good coordinating and interpersonal skills
- communication skills
# Z( K* Z, S* J0 x! f5 w, T2 ]- must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
- fluency in English, other Asian languages an asset
7 t: {$ ]3 {' O7 [- good computer skills
& A7 s8 D$ ~/ q3 u: Y7 m( W/ C- leadership abilities
+ i, i3 n0 D8 x- ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary

- $10.50/hr for 30 hours/week, June 1 to August 31, 2005
