- Organize focus group(s)
- Organize and facilitate summer children’s program (ages 6 to 10) with focus on physical recreation, fitness, nutrition, sports
6 b1 M+ _$ E) c: i8 n. M+ J/ ^* U- Recruit children for summer program
- Provide orientation for parents
0 B# f9 K: D" `! U" R- Find sponsors to enhance program
! _) Q# Q$ `) ]- Supervise volunteer(s)
- Prepare final report for funding agency

Qualifications:
) U4 z! T4 ^9 S3 C
" v  ~( m+ B/ [+ I$ T- post secondary student in Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
8 Y8 m+ O, a8 V8 l$ L+ D3 O' s- good coordinating and interpersonal skills
' a3 r$ D- m1 i5 I& Q# E0 M- communication skills
- must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
- fluency in English, other Asian languages an asset
# _2 R/ j; R/ d& j) Z, F7 J- good computer skills
- leadership abilities
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary

- $10.50/hr for 30 hours/week, June 1 to August 31, 2005
