Job Description

Responsibilities:
3 S- h3 r2 O9 y- Organize focus group(s)
) M0 k% I; V, m7 f5 s$ y# o2 D6 [- Organize and facilitate summer children’s program (ages 6 to 10) with focus on physical recreation, fitness, nutrition, sports
2 {. h( w0 J* E& g* H9 B, O' a- Recruit children for summer program
& y$ |& S$ ~) O/ D8 x/ `6 ]: e- Provide orientation for parents
- Find sponsors to enhance program
- Supervise volunteer(s)
1 v/ {- _# r! o* H$ N* d9 y+ V- Prepare final report for funding agency

Qualifications:

6 W. ?% ]$ H$ _7 S- post secondary student in Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
- good coordinating and interpersonal skills
- communication skills
! b: z) m7 F# {0 a: S: V- must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
- fluency in English, other Asian languages an asset
$ A! N. I# T- q: N! M- l% p1 g- good computer skills
- leadership abilities
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary
