- Organize, plan, and facilitate the Children’s Summer Program

- Recruit volunteers for summer programs! Y) O7 v' F; _5 A$ s2 |
- Record keeping
% l% l! b' \ i1 X2 n q3 `5 p4 t- Provide orientation for parents

- Act according to the guidance or direction of the Senior Program Manager+ ~3 V: H+ j3 b7 G& l$ C; k3 `' f" ~

Qualifications:
. S6 r/ A( o% g1 o: [9 W6 S5 X- Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
. g5 e" N6 S* ^3 R+ c3 ]- Should have direct experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children: u1 ^+ l- A7 @
- Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills" d; u: G0 o; }2 R$ y9 `
- Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
0 n$ t" ?, f" q, ]) U1 J# T5 p- Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese$ q2 ^3 a7 e+ U0 S4 t2 v
- Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
5 f" S0 n: t2 O0 d6 C0 I; i d- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
8 B7 t' i3 j7 W/ q' q. ^8 G- Returning student (should return to school after summer)

Other Information:
i5 H; q. o% u- Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June(planning) 2 i4 f* j ]/ u* U; S3 R
and 8:30am to 4:30pm (35 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)- @. p, S; r. T) M
- Employment term is May 11 to August 31, 20092 j b9 `- ]/ b1 W* J+ h; h- y
