Responsibilities:
  A; C3 n* B' h5 U7 D+ j/ e6 `-        Support the Youth Program Coordinator in the preparation and
        implementation of the Summer Camps
) K  E2 p3 x/ l* @' r; S-        Assist with facilitating the summer program
-        Assist with preparing final report for funding agencies
7 @$ l  z' s: T-        Act according to the guidance or direction of the Youth Program Coordinator
! u1 Q. z5 O8 w$ r7 u$ s+ n9 O
+ R; ?" Q. {/ k$ Z! V2 [& [Qualifications:
; ^- f  l* B" _) N* |; }3 h-        Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood
        Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
: M+ y0 I' F! M  o* l% H-        Should have some experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children
-        Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills
+ T# ]1 V( c9 {6 {' X4 @' o-        Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
-        Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese
5 B0 F. K, P& z3 R  p# V% ~-        Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
-        Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-        Returning student (should return to school after summer)
-        Successful applicants must undergo security and child welfare check at own expense

Other Information:
-        Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June (planning)
9 R( U" s( a1 l0 @" V' U' n1 q        and 8:30am to 4:30pm (35 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)
-        Employment term is May 11 to August 31, 2009

Salary
-        $14.00 per hour
