Job Description
8 i, e, q( v( n) ]- community development, liaison with mainstream agencies to ' l) _' w0 |/ P" L8 C/ I3 Q
provide services for Chinese community
r+ B/ b4 N, U8 G% ?- workshops, seminars, activities that give Chinese population 9 [4 Z9 M5 t: W
access to mainstream services
4 q4 ~" }7 V5 O, u- r) m$ j- fulfill needs that are not met in Chinese community in terms of
. [, u+ W, Y: N+ @6 b social services
( `! T( ~9 f9 k- develop good working relationships with mainstream and ethnic agencies
0 K2 [" K; U) X1 A- coordinate good will activities and send out quarterly newsletter to members

- demonstrate team spirit in achieving vision and objectives of Centre

- assist with Centre’s other activities or programs as prescribed from time to time }# g& }) i: R2 ]5 w; c
- update membership database

- degree/diploma in social/human sciences with 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent of + s6 t/ Y& m( ~8 _) ~$ Q. O+ l
experience and education
2 i( y! |+ ]: o8 _- good oral and written Chinese and English skills' K/ y/ _( }3 K& U7 |1 l& W
- experience in community work and immigrant services% _# q/ S8 X# r; M
- experience in website update/design
: f8 p0 ?4 A' J& M: E- Fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is an asset
