Summer Children’s Fitness Program Co-ordinator
Responsibilities:
- Organize focus group(s)
/ X' K5 j6 F, f- r& h2 f- Organize and facilitate summer children’s program (ages 6 to 10) with focus on physical recreation, fitness, nutrition, sports
- Recruit children for summer program
3 A) t. v# S8 U3 ]- Provide orientation for parents
: L  ]0 }& L: }- Find sponsors to enhance program
' z6 |, K" C4 G5 K6 c; D- Supervise volunteer(s)
# k, c$ x# I2 v( x2 ^2 i( V: K& ]- Prepare final report for funding agency

0 p) s' ]* d% g, I3 z& {, c; XQualifications:
+ [* \9 d7 [3 @: N- I
- post secondary student in Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
- good coordinating and interpersonal skills
' L4 P" }- v, A: n4 _- communication skills
- must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
1 y' i% r( o! E! A" U- fluency in English, other Asian languages an asset
- good computer skills
" p; y9 a4 s2 i- leadership abilities
0 m# E  y7 L: o" e" i( x- ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Other
