Key Responsibilities:( z- n' @% g7 n E
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
5 O* Q6 n- C* _/ d To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
6 @0 D C& ~# D; n" x To help promote the program in the community./ }+ R7 l/ S5 t! o) j: ?
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.2 l6 V [4 k8 k
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
* |" b8 q9 I, s* m3 {% r To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
& p2 U* a3 N0 F1 P% e To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
. l. h% H/ g( j/ G/ I; _ To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.- H. T2 L' `' P+ h0 k/ R

 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
6 ^- N8 C S7 d3 `% m K. a Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
$ `2 T0 c2 `- U' K: F7 T Well developed communication and interpersonal skills. H! c) ^. }6 G* b W1 ?
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications; O2 `1 Q* |# u, i9 m
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
