Housing Program Worker
0 @( X3 i) C# t& x. M( g- H
Key Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
$ g! _; @5 n6 R To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
9 c6 U5 p' o9 _) y) K To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
. Q- v. l" B$ o) P( d To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
& y* ^7 w2 R7 j' V" E3 H To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
/ ~4 ~1 e$ Y2 J5 p  Z* E# U6 n; }4 @6 k Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
% o$ |) U* _' k% P; { Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
