2 X/ l. M+ m; I: \; j$ CKey Responsibilities:
9 o! k5 ~7 O2 K6 D To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
; A% j4 r4 M. g% o. y2 ?' d, y" w To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
. D1 B) x  O& f! k1 [' Q3 T To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
# B3 _5 _1 \. J8 J To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
% V! l0 v9 G4 `3 Y6 o+ |  D" D Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
5 c, Z6 N1 e( e: f Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
9 s% ?0 a1 [7 K. S6 ? Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
