Key Responsibilities:
2 l) h) q0 U" _& H0 {: r To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
/ t+ I3 [' G+ w0 V To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

0 `' n; Q) ^: \Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
2 X+ R1 Z# n: n" O 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
( `3 U& w1 |4 { Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
) U* P+ B0 q. f5 p: n Current CPR and First Aid certifications
0 A* X  t3 X$ V1 t7 ? Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
