The remains of a man reported missing in early March were found in a wooded area near a golf course in the city's northwest yesterday afternoon.

Police said the remains, discovered near 137 Avenue and 170 Street, have been identified as 54-year-old Robert Stauffer. His death is not considered suspicious.& r0 v4 b" J" ~, b1 U
* y" f$ T" Z: N# g1 ?Stauffer had not been seen or heard from since Jan. 24 after he attended a medical appointment. As this was not the first time he lost contact with his family, they did not report him missing until March 6. T. I4 q2 q" D& n8 G( A# Q; w

His family had been concerned for his health and safety as he suffered from several serious medical conditions, police said |
