CSSA will organize a Spring Trip to Jasper from May 21 to 23, 2005.

Volunteers.

-        Canoeing at Jasper Park Lodge.($35 per canoe per hour and $25 per

-        Hot spring in Jasper for the evening.(Usually hot spring costs about

person. So it's not that expensive. And after knowing how many people

I can work on a group price for us. So sign up for this activity. If

people go to the hot spring.)

Day Two
; S* |! k/ ^+ G$ b% s-        Sight Viewing in Japer: We'll go Maligne Lake first thing in the

# i# z& f0 [& g, p5 BAnd we'll do the Malign Boat Cruises.(I'll take us 90 minutes round
trip. It's
$35 per adult and $17.5 per child(6-12years old)). If you haven't done

& V) [! y8 L% K8 Bbefore, I strongly recommend you to do so.
4 Y0 a2 L4 _8 e" z-        Stays the night in Jasper and no activities in day 2's evening so
that you

so.

-        Ride home in the early afternoon since we need to return the rented

Things to Bring:

3 }) l1 u2 c' q7 H. ~-        Swim suit if you want to do Hot Spring.
-       Sun glasses and sun screen to protect your eyes and skin.
-       Camera. It's beautiful in the mountain in the spring.
+ @: }2 _) ?9 _- X# ]/ T# Q) U# y-       Bring some warm clothes since it's still cool in the mountain

late May. And we also will go to the Columbia Ice Field so warm clothes

shoes are definitely needed.
-       Wear comfort shoes cause we'll do lots of walking and of course
: V4 S, o# U% ~5 h6 gdrving.(But you won't need to worry about the driving).
-       We won't take care of the food for you, but we'll stop at

there are food at lunch or dinner hour, so you could have something to
/ R2 O8 o. X" }' {eat.
! u( P( i6 S* I: F! WFeel free to bring your own food. (Like instant noodles.) (There is an
IGA in
3 b* C& [2 f/ ~! c, j( w8 G7 OJasper, so you could always buy food there if you need.)

Cost: $160, this price includes your share of car rentals, gas,
two-night
3 X! h5 W) Z: ~1 vaccommodation in jasper, and national park entrance tickets, and it
excludes
the hot-spring, the canoeing, and the maligne Boat Cruises).
Hot Spring ticket was about $6 in total according to last year's price.
5 `' s5 e/ y9 l1 TCanoeing is $35 per canoe per hour, $25 per half an hour.

When we come back from the trip, according to the expenses we'll return
