The YWCA has an opportunity for an individual to make a significant difference in the Services for Persons with Disabilities department. The Lead Program Coordinator will be an essential part of the department by mentoring a team of Program Coordinators.4 ~7 a) i% D* |. I1 H- g' n2 }% F+ X0 O

This position is full-time position (37.5/week) with flexible work hours to meet the needs of the department team and individual caseload. The Lead Program Coordinator reports to the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities.

• Human Resources Management
# n$ I( O$ J6 k+ r3 N• Support approximately eleven Program Coordinators in the execution of their duties and responsibilities
2 `: [) s' E5 c5 Z/ z1 U! b! J% T• Oversee the training, supervision and evaluation of department direct service staff and contractors , L4 Z5 g/ j$ V* W! S
• Provide coaching and leadership to assist staff in expanding their capabilities$ f) ?! J+ K4 [; D) }) ]
• Ensure adequate levels of staffing are maintained, in order to meet requirements for delivery of services
' ?5 Q: ~2 J% f" f• Act as liaison person between Program Coordinator team and the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities3 n7 R% r; F) k. E% h; _
( ?* Z! S1 I t8 W3 wProgram Delivery
6 X$ h8 ?# }2 X( |: A8 }+ j• Coordinate a minimal caseload of individuals in the program # g( N# ^& f5 M2 _* E3 I
• Monitor service delivery for quality supports by providing feedback and support as needed for client intake processes; q& d8 i* j3 p% i- y3 G3 `$ [! E
• Ensure compliance with standards of service delivery; facilitate process for program re/certification as required
* B7 ?/ y7 S( F h• Review all incident reports, provide input for follow-up action and communication0 R' Q" ]+ ` T4 T$ _* X
• Review service action plans and support programs as requested

• Work closely with the Director to develop appropriate standards and procedures for the program

Administration
; z5 r. s5 s4 ? }• Collect monthly reports from Program Coordinators and forward to the Director
3 L& }6 X$ J4 c% C9 i Y8 A• Screen external program documentation and where necessary bring to the Director for review6 k" c/ f& I6 b F1 t2 ~ R
• Update program files and documents are with current information and documentation, as required. {: V( F2 A9 F; o, N# R
: O2 g8 E; Y3 S1 E9 v9 _+ l, ]) NQualifications:( m( N0 t% V' J6 q) l
4 A, Z, {9 R5 S8 Y, X7 u" }; u g( h9 A
• Post Secondary education in Social Work, Rehabilitation or related human service field2 j( F0 A" ~8 f1 h" \. H
• Minimum of 5 years experience with individuals who have physical and/or developmental disabilities$ D, j- n8 Z$ F# C4 {0 \, D1 r
• Minimum of 4 years demonstrated management and/or supervisory experience4 m+ R1 Q$ t; o* ?# Z% Y
• Vehicle and valid driver's license is required to be able to respond to emergency situations
+ r5 z" N9 G) h4 p• Ability to interact in a positive manner with a diverse population: ~& I, F% T; X7 ?) ` t& a
• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office
