The YWCA has an opportunity for an individual to make a significant difference in the Services for Persons with Disabilities department. The Lead Program Coordinator will be an essential part of the department by mentoring a team of Program Coordinators.* N2 C9 c, O6 Z8 {" U% r

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Support approximately eleven Program Coordinators in the execution of their duties and responsibilities 3 g* I- m6 x" [9 s M2 G
• Oversee the training, supervision and evaluation of department direct service staff and contractors
( J% D3 K6 `- \8 e& {• Provide coaching and leadership to assist staff in expanding their capabilities

• Act as liaison person between Program Coordinator team and the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities# z$ l8 W" P: A. F/ p

Program Delivery
) a: J2 i2 `; P• Coordinate a minimal caseload of individuals in the program 6 e* e. O: c. ^$ z% A0 F( a( S/ |. |
• Monitor service delivery for quality supports by providing feedback and support as needed for client intake processes
2 C# d$ D. X! d9 w/ t) `• Ensure compliance with standards of service delivery; facilitate process for program re/certification as required2 J5 a [0 l: C% V, L+ G( Z
• Review all incident reports, provide input for follow-up action and communication
) o1 r8 V) Q$ y! a+ {• Review service action plans and support programs as requested+ @7 i! L5 l3 T3 D
• Ensure program policies and procedures are met and followed by department% a0 B- ~- G" P6 a# d- O
• Work closely with the Director to develop appropriate standards and procedures for the program

• Collect monthly reports from Program Coordinators and forward to the Director

• Update program files and documents are with current information and documentation, as required) [% A8 @1 [) f( [: O$ c+ Z

Qualifications:" o* `0 x1 n( R* e- ^* f
0 S3 p, ?4 [- m5 P& n2 k• Post Secondary education in Social Work, Rehabilitation or related human service field
X! {% ^& M) Q+ R+ Y) X# [+ d8 E: T• Minimum of 5 years experience with individuals who have physical and/or developmental disabilities4 B1 X- U3 }, _1 I5 d. Y' T7 Q
• Minimum of 4 years demonstrated management and/or supervisory experience7 n* U1 K: B7 X. t
• Vehicle and valid driver's license is required to be able to respond to emergency situations; P, l% P7 H4 ^0 w O1 v
• Ability to interact in a positive manner with a diverse population' b: f8 K( j# L5 L4 A; z( M
• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office0 w- }) e5 C' i$ T* R( C+ E
