; Y/ X2 J, }+ u/ L6 s# d7 W/ n* NKey Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
. ?  P$ c2 z. r9 z* `6 _ To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
# H  t5 z2 d- J: n6 K To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
8 f# G) w- x" v# E( u* F8 R To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
  j( [+ J' u$ @ To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
. A6 \- b; X, |, W) K To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

" j0 A+ T- \, A0 jQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
) l2 U2 K8 A* c3 |4 E Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
