Housing Program Worker
! K4 {) R6 X, j6 F8 m1 q0 {: o
Key Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
6 H: g0 N' N! `+ U8 R: b! Y: e7 T To help promote the program in the community.
1 t& ~- ~8 W; A; ^# b- s, s7 ~ To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
0 l, b5 n9 D. r. q% O& ? To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
( z/ h' x* u8 ~' Y& d1 i( @ To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
4 Y8 w/ m# H8 Q1 @: q+ [! @ 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
5 x& y. W1 _! b Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
* S9 S& @- V' X- R$ I5 Z Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
