BIRTH CONTROL PEER GROUP TRAINING

: R0 z/ T, Y4 P2 W0 ^% uThis is a peer group training where women will learn more about Birth Control Methods and Fertility, for your own knowledge or to pass on to peers in the community.
+ {2 e6 D" V6 U5 n$ A0 u3 `# o
+ L' ~. d$ ]% z3 o8 T  bThese small groups (5-8 women) consist of 3 sessions, 2 hours per session.  These groups can take place at an agency you may already be connected with or at the OPTIONS office.

Topics covered include:

   Barrier Methods
1 |9 M1 {& F- }! H+ }* O# c   Hormonal Methods
                IUD & IUS  and  Surgical Methods

                 Canada

        These service is free and no immigrant or refugee status is necessary.
