動人心弦的小男孩 (Little Boy Touches Hearts)

I was walking around in a Target store, when I saw a Cashier hand this little boy some money back.% }/ |8 g, E- ~2 s" y* Z9 j
我在「塔杰」商店閒逛時,看到收銀員將一些錢退還給小男孩。
! E- c( ?9 L$ _' R! S, x * j# N# a8 V8 b% K& u, ]7 G2 b
The boy couldn ' t have been more than 5 or 6 years old.

" u% C. m2 S3 [8 w' KThe Cashier said, ' I ' m sorry, but you don ' t have enough money to buy this doll. '3 ]% }/ K+ A. R9 ~: e' W* u

& o1 L: G) M" a. [Then the little boy turned to the old woman next to him: ' ' Granny,

「奶奶!妳也認為我的錢不 嗎?」

老婦人回道:「親愛的!你知道買這個娃娃的錢是不夠的。」6 ~& ?! E9 q4 E+ j+ Q. H! Z( {

4 j( w; g' Q: `+ {, Y5 F! EThen she asked him to stay there for just 5 minutes while she went to look around. She left quickly.( G- x+ V$ p4 o& f

I replied to him that maybe Santa Claus would bring it to her after all, and not to worry.+ F) t1 s; K' a9 t) ^6 L0 }  F

The little boy looked up at me and said: ' I told daddy to tell mommy not to go yet. I need her to wait until I come back from the mall. '

( }) n0 g; N5 M% q, OThen he showed me a very nice photo of himself. He was laughing. He then told me ' I want mommy to take my picture with her so she won ' t forget me. '. I0 j7 O' s2 n' n

'OK ' he said, ' I hope I do have enough. ' I added some of my money to his without him seeing and we started to count it. There was enough for the doll and even some spare money.
2 \( `( m; [$ ^+ L# W# k『好呀!』他說『我希望有足夠的錢』。沒讓他看見,我塞了一些錢到他的錢包中,我們開始數錢。買娃娃的錢足 了,甚之還有剩餘呢。. Q. E) w+ s/ \+ q; l3 J* y. a

The little boy said: ' Thank you God for giving me enough money! ') _6 o4 j. t( u4 K0 t

. H. c8 ^6 I( f. q2 T/ DThen he looked at me and added, ' I asked last night before I went to sleep for God to make sure I had enough money to buy this doll, so that mommy could give it to my sister. He heard me! ' '

A few minutes later, the old lady returned and I left with my basket.

I couldn ' t get the little boy out of my mind.& P- M  y9 I, w8 ]. @9 k* A

Then I remembered a local news paper article two days ago, which mentioned a drunk man in a truck, who hit a car occupied by a young

state. The family had to decide whether to pull the plug on the

Two days after this encounter with the little boy, I read in the news paper that the young woman had passed away.2 ?- A# ?+ O" r2 w, N, A

I couldn ' t stop myself as I bought a bunch of white roses and I went to the funeral home where the body of the young woman was for people to see and make last wishes before her burial.

She was there, in her coffin, holding a beautiful white rose in her hand with the photo of the little boy and the doll placed over her chest.

still, to this day, hard to imagine.

对自己负责。对别人负责,对社会负责,请勿酒后驾车。因为这个小男孩有可能成为你家的孩子。
