Please check Apegga Website. they have a scope of the course:

5 u/ ]: ^* d( T$ A" n7 J# x6 oTo write the test in April or OCT
) h6 ^2 @& s% a/ ]# Sor take course at UA, UC or Asbasca University.

Mine has not got any response yet: I submitted in Aug 2008. Reference check in Aug. I passed the NPPE in Oct 08. So far has no response yet.
