Please check Apegga Website. they have a scope of the course:

To write the test in April or OCT
- x' l. J8 W8 S2 z' bor take course at UA, UC or Asbasca University.

8 J) B* M. W( Y. D, IMine has not got any response yet: I submitted in Aug 2008. Reference check in Aug. I passed the NPPE in Oct 08. So far has no response yet.
